They're not. That's not them in there.

And I'm telling you, that's impossible. When somebody dies in this world, their soul leaves their body. It's gone. There's no coming back from that.

And you're certain it's impossible for any fragments to be trapped by the stone - or whatever it is truly inside - as well?

I'm very certain. I've checked many, many times before.

[Look. She gets attached to campers sometimes. Of course she's going to look for proof that they're still there.]

No, it only speaks to campers.

Is that part of the mental effects of thisbplace?

I believe so, yes.

...You, the labs, the hunters - are any of you able to switch around our powers as you like?

I cannot, no. I can only turn them on or off.

And the labs?

[backspacing]

I don't know for certain, but I wouldn't be surprised if they could.

What about the hunters?

Not them, no. They typically don't have powers at all.

There's always exceptions.
